Hailing from Brazil but based in Switzerland now, Vinicius Honorio aka BTK is proving to be one of the most exciting new DJs/producers to emerge on the electronic music scene and has already built himself an impressive back catalogue of releases.
"Vini" got involved in electronic music around 1999. He saw DJ Marky playing in his home town and fell in love with the drum and bass sound. Soon, he started DJing and made his first attempts in music production.
Part of duo the Identity, his productions have been released all over the
world and he also has solo tracks forthcoming on labels such as Renegade Hardware and Uprising. For more info regarding releases, check the discography.
A talented DJ with bookings all over the world, BTK is a very busy newcomer.
His sets are always tightly mixed and ram packed with dubs. Watch out for
BTK/Identity in your town.

Mindscape is a Hungarian drum and bass producer/dj trio formed in late 2002, in an up-and-coming and lively Budapest scene. Starting from dark techno-influenced roots, they provide a fresh funky sound influenced by the early tech step era of drum and bass and inspired by various other styles such as house, dub, hip hop or minimal techno.
During 2003 and 2004, Mindscape had several tracks released on DSCI4, including the 2x12" Highway EP and various tracks on the Spy Technologies LP series. Later on, they have accomplished several releases on established labels like Hospital, Inneractive, Red Light, Explicit or Shadow Law Recordings.
In 2006, they started working together with the Rotterdam-based label group, Triple Vision. Their collaboration was marked by various successful releases on Citrus, Celsius, Syndrome and Fokuz Recordings, together with artits like Noisia, Black Sun Empire, Mathematics, Icicle, State of Mind, Jade or Matt-U.
Mindscape has recieved dj support from several big names of the drum’n’bass scene such as Ed Rush, Cause 4 Concern, Pendulum, Break, Fierce, Trace, Flight, Loxy, Concord Dawn, Optiv, SKC, Chris.su and Squire among others.
With SKC focusing on his own career and Andor concentrating on his deeper 'Soulproof' project, Gergely decided to make the Black Lotus LP solo and continue the Mindscape alias on his own in the future.
This debut album from Mindscape was released in november 2007 on the dutch based Citrus Recordings including collaborations with Jade, Hydro, Chris.su, Ryme Tyme, and remixes by Noisia and Break receiving great responses worldwide.
