It pretty much sums up the entire album. Boots walks the fine line between political rap and party rap. He basically just drops clever rhymes on dope ass funk beats perfect for partying.

04. My Favorite Mutiny feat Black Though & Talib Kweli 5/5
Best posse track in years. The beat is flawless and all 3 emcees comes correct. Boots steals the show which is pretty damn hard when you share a track with BT

05. I Just Wanna Lay Around All Day In Bed With You 4,5/5
Nice mellow song about staying at home chilling with the wife. Boots voice is mezmerising and the ending is hilarious. ??€?We be in bed together like George W Bush and Saddam Hussein??€?

06. Head (Of State) 3/5
and that line leads into the only weak cut on the album. The lyrics are great actually (a nice story explaining the Iran/Iraq conflict) but the beat is boring. Sounds like a leftover from Party Music

07. ShoYoAss 4,75/5
Once again Boots shows his ability to rap about a serious topic without making it seem al that serious. The beat bangs and Boots parties for his right to fight.

08. Yes ??€?Em To Death (skit)
Skits have to do one of the following things :
a) be funny/meaninful
b) bridge the gap between two songs or tie an album together
This skit does both, Prince Paul would be proud

09. Ass-Breath Killers 4,5/5
Funny concept. If you kiss too much ass you get Ass-Breath. The ??€?Ass Breath Killers??€? is a pill to prevent it. Boots pulls this off perfectly once again making politics and history entertaining

10. Get That Monkey Off Your Back 4/5
More of that crazy funk music. The production on this album is sooooo funky.

11. MindFuck (A New Equation) 5/5
My favorite on the album. Boots shows he??€�s more than an emcee, he??€�s a motherfucking poet. It might not reach the genius of ??€?Me & Jesus The Pimp??€¦??€? but it comes damn close.

12. Two Enthusiastic Thumbs Down (skit)
Just like ??€?Yes Them To Death??€? this skit actually works. It leads perfectly into the next track.

13. I Love Boosters! 5/5
A song about shoplifting and why it??€�s a good thing. Not an easy thing to pull off without it coming off dumb but he pulls it off nicely. Love the beat!!!

For their 5th release (on their 4th label) Boots Riley and Pam The Funktress teams up with a load of live musicians including Audioslave's Tom Morello, Dwayne Wiggins and musicians who worked with Gap Band and Parliement/Funkadelic. The result is the FUNKIEST album since ??€?The Chronic.

If this doesn??€�t add to the resurrection of the Bay Area I don??€�t know what will.
